How we build

Every layer of your product, one team.

Most products need a web app, a mobile app, an API, a database and somewhere to run. We design and build them together, so the pieces fit from day one.

Example product architecture: a web dashboard and a mobile app connected through an API gateway to a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS

Discovery

Stage 01 / 05

We scope the problem, gather requirements, and define what "done" looks like before any code is written.

What you get

  • A written scope and definition of done
  • Timeline and cost confirmed before work begins

Who we work with

We build for people who want straight answers and software that does the job.

  • Startup founders

You have an idea and a deadline.

You get engineers who question scope as well as write code, so the first release stays small, sharp and ready to grow.

  • Small and local businesses

You run a business, not an IT department.

We explain every choice in plain language and build tools your staff find easy to use from day one.

  • International clients

You want a dependable team abroad.

Pakistan time overlaps the Gulf workday and Europe's mornings, and international payments run through Payoneer.

Where you're starting from

Every project starts somewhere. Tell us where.

Pick the one that sounds like you to see what to bring to a first call and what you'll leave it with.

Just an idea

We start from a blank page

Bring to the first call

  1. A short description of the idea
  2. Who will use it and why
  3. Apps or sites you like, or want to compete with
  4. A budget range and an ideal launch date, if you have them

You leave with

  • An honest view of what the first version needs, and what can wait
  • A suggested approach: web, mobile or both
  • A clear next step toward a quote
Talk to us about your ideaNot sure which fits? Describe it in your own words and we will work it out together.

Founder's capstone project

AI-powered SaaS platform for agile teams

MindMesh

A SaaS platform where teams sign in, run several projects, and let AI turn raw requirements and recorded meetings into epics, sprint tasks, and stakeholder updates.

The problem
Engineering teams lose critical time deciphering unstructured meeting notes, coordinating action items across disconnected tools, and manually drafting sprint backlogs.
What was built
  • 4 AI agents for project management, outreach, meeting intelligence, and analytics
  • Meeting recordings converted into transcripts, summaries, tasks, and sprint plans
  • REST APIs, JWT authentication, RBAC, and multi-project management
  • Hybrid persistence: MongoDB for AI memory, PostgreSQL for sprint data integrity
  • React / Next.js
  • Node.js / Express
  • FastAPI (Python)
  • OpenAI LLM
  • Whisper
  • PostgreSQL

Questions

Answers before you ask.

Anything else, write to us at codtk.official@gmail.com

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced on its scope. Tell us what you need and we'll send you a quote.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. After discovery, we agree the timeline in the proposal before any work starts.

How do payments work?

Fixed-scope projects are paid in milestones, for example 30% to start, 40% midway and 30% on delivery. Ongoing support and maintenance is a monthly retainer. We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa and Payoneer.

How will we communicate during the project?

Through a shared channel on WhatsApp or Slack, with tasks tracked in Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or GitHub Projects.

Which technologies do you use?

Mainly Next.js, React, Node.js and Python, with React Native and Kotlin for mobile. See our full stack
